How to use: Fill your tub with warm water. Pour 2 scoops (included) of bath salts in the water. These salts are concentrated you don't need a lot to get results. You may need to run more warm water as you take your 20-30 minute relaxing healing bath. Lie back in the tub, close your eyes and relax, let the water cover you as much as possible.
